jbensley Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 Hi all, I've been fighting the fitness battle for several years now, and have been overall successful in my efforts, going from a Body Fat % of around 33% down to a low of 18% a couple of years ago. I've recently crept back up into the mid 20%s and I'd like to bring that back down to a healthy level while maintaining strength. I'm an avid gamer (PC and Tabletop RPG mainly, including some MMOs) whenever I have time. For fitness, I love lifting heavy things and putting them back down again repeatedly, as well as playing ultimate frisbee. I'm hoping to participate on NF in the challenges and the RL RPG. I've also got my claws a bit into some other quantified self and fitness gamification applications, including using Fitocracy to track my workouts to level up by gaining points. Anyway, it's nice to finally find my way into base camp - hopefully I can hang out here for a while. - J Quote Link to comment
