Somekindawizard Posted January 10, 2014 Report Share Posted January 10, 2014 I've been following the site for a few months now but I'm naturally stubborn(I hate asking people for help with anything and I'm ashamed to admit it) and I've found that I love being lazy.... So working out usually falls by the wayside. I used to be a relatively fit person but fell into a day to day routine that has made me complacent over the years and it's starting to show. So this is kind of me attempting to stop being lazy and swallow my pride in regard to seeking help or support or whatever. A little about me.... I'm almost 30, I had my ACL replaced with part of my hamstring about 2 years ago and it's affected my ability to run, jump and climb trees, and I'm still trying to kick an energy drink habit.
