Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself (clearly) and give a little background. I'm 19 years old and about 250 pounds. I'm going full paleo and starting bodyweight training and sprint training. I even enrolled in a 2 credit course at college called Strength Training and Conditioning. I used to row in high school so I've retained a decent amount of muscle from those years considering how inactive I've been. I had been overweight  my entire childhood until I started rowing and then college hit me like a bag of bricks. Despite my disappointing first 3 semesters (as far as fitness goes) I have finally mustered the courage to do what needs to be done. Thanks to stumbleupon.com I found Nerd Fitness and my path to success. I'm glad to have found such a great community of nerds dedicated to being healthy. This site has been a huge inspiration for me and I'm excited to get my life back on track!
