andygates Posted January 18, 2014 Report Share Posted January 18, 2014 Impressive! I just did Birthday Squats (bodyweight x age) but your version sounds eviller. (mine was 115kg (255lbs) x 43 in 10,9,8,7,9, over just under 15min: pacing myself except for the last set). Quote Link to comment
