Hey y'all, I'm Sparkle. I'm an 18 year old college student looking to improve her health. School has been really stressful for me and my body and mind has suffered a lot over it. Hoping to ease my stomach problems and anxiety with a healthy diet and some good old-fashioned exercise. 

 

  I don't want to lost weight, but I do wanna lose fat (I'm a short little blob with zero muscle tone). I'm starting completely from scratch - I haven't exercised in years!

 

 Anyway, just wanted to say hello! I hope I can glean some useful info out of you people ^_^
