[Becoming-Bane]

I have come and failed a few times now but I'm almost 300lbs and something needs to change. So i got a gym membership and a juicer and i have been finding motivation whereever I can. I use to be in really good shape but after becoming homeless for a while i let myself go. but now my life is going well but im in terrible shape. this is the day that i begin the change. I am more excited about this than I have ever been before. im ready and i will pull through.

Goals

• get rid of my jiggly man boobs
• Build more muscle
• Get back to being able to run alongside my military friend without getting tired
• get my creative spirit back
• regain my confidance. 

I just want to be healthy again really.

 

Starting Point

• 289lbs
• junk food addict.

seriously... i cant say no to junkfood.

 

Exercise Plan

• CARDIO!!!!
• hit the gym at least 3 times a week one day for each section and a little cardio each day
• meditate every morning and night (mental exercise)
• push ups every other day

Diet

• Mostly fruits and veggies
• Cut out dairy(cheese will be severely missed)
• Lean Meats

Lifestyle Changes

• No more pop
• Begin a walk/jog routine
• no more caffine(except occasional coffee{decaf is a sin})
• Be more honest about how I feel.
