Well, except for rucking and weighted pull-ups. Keep with the primal diet, and you'll lose your taste for things like pizza.How far is work? I had the same bodyfat % a couple of challenges ago and it didn't drop until I started really watching the calories.So, how is the walk? Is the countryside nice?
