Anxiety ARGHH!!

Yep, I'm following the primal blueprint exercises, and I'm proud to say improving everytime!

Also, as a bit of a side boast, I've gone from 9 St 10, to 9 St 4 in 20 days, (not including a little hickup I had with the evil dominoes that made me have an allergic reaction!)

I do bodyweight, too. I've got maybe 1000# of iron in the garage that I don't use anymore... :P

Well, except for rucking and weighted pull-ups.

Keep with the primal diet, and you'll lose your taste for things like pizza.

How far is work? Mine used to be 1k, but we moved and now it's about 110 :/

Oh yeah, Britain - miles :P

Walking's good, but that goal depends (about 80%) on your diet. I had the same bodyfat % a couple of challenges ago and it didn't drop until I started really watching the calories.

So, how is the walk? Is the countryside nice? I'm lucky enough to have moved to a very nice suburban area, and there are golf courses near the river where I can run :)

what finally helped me kick the cravings was the Whole 30 diet. it is strict but it works
