Fruitloopbabe Posted January 20, 2014 Report Share Posted January 20, 2014 I've been doing my BBWW work out for three weeks, unfortunately not religious (I'm in a volunteer group and have been called out to the south Australian bush fires) but even then I have made improvement...I tried doing push-ups from my toes I managed 5!!! Then found out I was doing them wrong :s so I went back to the knees to make sure I do them right to build up my strength until I can do them right. You'll soon get to push ups from your toes with the correct form.
