Double Underline Ad Links on NF?

Hi All,

 

I just posted a mid-week update on my thread and tried to type: skin care. When I looked at the preview pane, it had it in blue, double underlined and connected to an ad popup. I had to delete care and just use skin. I also tried it with therapy, but got the same underline.

 

Any idea if I'm the only one seeing these? Can we get rid of them? Or have we no choice in the matter?

do you not have an adblocker running in your browse? those are usually inserted automatically via crawlers on keywords that are tagged... just install AdBlock

Yeah there is no ad crawler on the NF forums. So it might be something on your comp.

I had that happen a while back. Turned out there was malware on the computer

 

MalwareBytes Anti-Malware found it and removed it.. but I had to boot into safe mode.

I have AdBlock now and it worked with some of it.

I also went into my Tools, Extensions window with Chrome and un-enable a bunch of my games permissions. They all disappeared. Yeah, onto lifting, running, and chowing down on awesome foods.
