My planYoga at home everyday leading up to actually taking a class Yoga1 Yoga2 DDP yogaCardio on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sat or Sun trying to do HIIT but I can't run on the treadmill YET.Weights at home using the Beginner Body Weight Circuit Workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.I will expand upon this as I go Day 1 - Thursday Jan 23rd Food IntakeBreakfast: PY - Nuts and water, PTY - 1 Sweet Potato cut up & microwaved for 5 min, coffee w/ halfnhalfLunch: (eaten very late) PTC - Smoked Salmon, 10 Green beans & 1 carrotDinner: Caribbean food that was not by any means on my diet but it was very tastySnacks: 1 Pear, 1/2 cup Chia pudding, 1 banana Workout Morning: 30 mins of yoga2Still having problems with downward dog Afternoon: 30 min of cardio on treadmill alternating speed from 2.5 - 4 I did this for 1.1 mile(no issues) PY - Pre Yoga, PC - Pre Cardio, PW - Pre WeightsPTY - Post Yoga, PTC - Post Cardio, PTW - Post Weights.. duh... I look forward to what tomorrow will bring and have started buying shirts that are one size smaller to help motivate myself. Deslok Posted January 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2014 I have been trying to increase my water intake and now that my wife has gotten me a nice 32 oz nalgene bottle with the amount lines on it I can keep track of what I am drinking. The real question is how much is enough? I drank 64 oz yesterday and stopped drinking at 8 pm so I wouldn't get up in the middle of the night but it didn't work. I think I will have to get the majority of my water in before 5 pm so I can sleep through the night. Today I am on track to drink at lease 96 oz's of water.
