I think it's working...

Hey all!

 

I've been eating paleo/primal pretty steadily in the last few weeks and I feel pretty great right now! I haven't had any crazy weight loss changes, but the differences in how I feel after eating totally make up for it!  I'm not feeling bloated or gassy after eating a meal and even though I was hit by carb flu pretty hard I still have a pretty good amount of energy every day.  I can honestly say it's probably one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time.  Now I just need to get more active and maybe I'll actually see some weight lose progress this year!

 

Also, non-paleo foods like burritos may be delicious, are totally not worth the crappy feeling I have afterwards, definitely going to try and keep it 100% at all times.

You, sir, are a stronger man than I! Or is it ma'am?  Can't really tell.  

 

Anyway, congrats!  I follow a partial-paleo diet, but there's things I just can't give up yet, so well done!  Skipping the burrito is surely a challenge, but it sounds like you're winning!
