SteelShield Posted January 31, 2014 Report Share Posted January 31, 2014 Had an epiphany today doing barbell squats, low bar position: if I visualize the bar as being restrained in a vertical plane, I tend to keep the bar over my midfoot much more consistently. Reading Starting Strength right now, and I'm totally blown away how my form needs tweaking. Form check videos to come, but for now I'll take the win.
