See I'm one of those guys who carries the large majority of his extra weight in the mid section.. you know the guy who can lean back in his chair and set his beer on his gut well... I can't anymore woot!.. matter of fact I almost dumped a 16oz tea down my shirt. I was in my normal routine at work this morning and for whatever reason instead of leaving my tea on the desk I leaned back in my chair and out of habit went to rest it on my gut holding it very loosely. This is a great visible marker of your progress and I'm glad you didn't end up burning yourself on the tea. Now you'll have to get rid of the habit to put stuff on your belly.
