Wi1d Posted March 4, 2014 Report Share Posted March 4, 2014 Howdy, Yep. I'm a storage and Linux administrator so I believe that qualifies me as a nerd. My <3 of sci-fi, math, and science would probably help solidfy that. My current goals in life include teaching my babies that being a nerd is actually cool and profitable. As far as fitness goes, I've been doing SS for a bit now with a few de-loads. Currently my 5x reps are as follows: OHP 3x5x150lbsBench 3x5x235lbsSquat 3x5x305lbsDeadlift 3x5x330lbs My biggest obstacle would be consistency. I'm always all over the place with working out. I'm the AM, in the PM, but never consistent. Since I started this journey I've lost a total of 70 lbs+. I gained back 10 lbs but am not giving in. My current goal it to get back where I started my adult life hitting the 200 lbs ranges. I’ve have 78 lbs to go. 1 Quote Link to comment
