Howdy, Yep. I'm a storage and Linux administrator so I believe that qualifies me as a nerd. My <3 of sci-fi, math, and science would probably help solidfy that. My current goals in life include teaching my babies that being a nerd is actually cool and profitable.

 

As far as fitness goes, I've been doing SS for a bit now with a few de-loads. Currently my 5x reps are as follows:

 

OHP 3x5x150lbs

Bench 3x5x235lbs

Squat 3x5x305lbs

Deadlift 3x5x330lbs

 

My biggest obstacle would be consistency. I'm always all over the place with working out. I'm the AM, in the PM, but never consistent. Since I started this journey I've lost a total of 70 lbs+. I gained back 10 lbs but am not giving in. My current goal it to get back where I started my adult life hitting the 200 lbs ranges. I’ve have 78 lbs to go.

Welcome Wi1d, I keep reading your name as Wild One. Great stats I only wish I was that far along. I look forward to reading about your progress in reaching 200.
