But it has come at the right time as I have just joined a new gym and went for the first time last night! I have already taken from the Rebellion to use free weights only.. I have stuck to the machines/wires in the past.. Hogre to Waranger - I see myself as a Human/Ogre hybrid. Im basically a Human height Shrek.. 5'8".. and 280lbs My aim is to be a hybrid of Warrior and Ranger! of 180lbs! I need to lose 100lbs!! From what I read so far - I think I am in the right place! I like your half ogre idea I to am 5'8" and about the same weight (down from over 300) and chose ogre are a race. Maybe I will change to Half-Ogre on my sig. The information here as well as the nerdiness (which i would call coolness to non NF peeps) is really great. There are so many great people here I am sure you will feel at home. Last night I started out by making 100 cals on the tread mill. (walk/jog/walk/jog) Followed by half an hour at the dumbbells.
