gmadden62
Okay, so after two months of changing my eating plans and workout routines, I am very happy and proud to announce that I have dropped two sizes! I have not fit into a size 4 in over a year. But the thing that's even cooler than that, is that I did it while getting stronger and building some very nice muscle definition at the same time! Can I get a Woot for that?! Thanks guys! 2 Quote Link to comment
