captgalactic Posted March 11, 2014 Report Share Posted March 11, 2014 I recently joined the Fitness Rebellion and I'm excited to share some Woots from the last couple months! 1. I have lost all my baby weight (14 lbs!)2. I am 1/3rd of the way to losing my "thesis weight" (9 more lbs!)3. I just ran 20 minutes without stopping!4. I have incorporated yoga or weight training 6 days a week.5. My husband commented that my legs looked much skinnier and had muscle definition.6. I have had several people comment how I look like I have lost weight.7. I run three days a week every week!8. My husband told me he no longer craves unhealthy food now that he is eating healthier to support me in my quest to be a healthier version of me!
