Deadlift! For Crom!

I was able to lift 435 on the deadlift today [5'7" 174 lbs]. Given that I have been getting back into lifting, and am "on a cut" I am super stoked about this lift. It took about 3-4 seconds to complete, a total grind, but I was able to get straight early and finish with my quads.

 

Given the fact that I am 'far from home' I can feel confident that this is the biggest DL in a 50 mile radius, evar. 

 

Now to get my BP up to snuff.... That will be the focus of my next 6 weeker.

 

TLDR: Conan step aside, I'mma gonna punch that camel for ya.

Thanks for the positive feedback!

 

I remember a little while back being absolutely STAPLED by 365 and having to learn how to pull sumo just to finish it off. Now I can pull way more than that using conventional. I still like sumo lifts though as I find they're easier on my erectors which take a hammering from low bar squats. However I'm now working on front squats so I have a lot more qi in my lower back!
