I quit analogs (regular cigarettes) 2 years ago, and quit vaping (e-cigarette) 2 months ago now. This is the first time I've fully quit Nicotine in 7 years and this time it's going to stick! I'm doing this for my daughter, for me, and for my quest towards better health. I've been starting to weight lift during this time, all the exercise has really helped with the process. The downside is the 10lbs I've put on without changeing my diet. I'm not going to dwell on that and work on getting stronger instead. but anyway, woooo! I've heard that quitting smoking is the equivalent of losing 80 lbs, so I wouldn't worry too much about the extra 10 lbs now. Quitting is the hardest thing I have done, so seeing someone else get it is pretty awesome.
