I've been dancing for 10 years, but the work to get a coach was primarily psychological. It took a lot for me to admit that I needed help and that my desire to take my dancing to the next level was stronger than my fear of being told I suck and generally facing the vulnerability that comes with letting a stranger, who is famous in my field, into my creative and business processes. but I think the real work starts tomorrow when I have my first coaching session Quote Link to comment
