All I really do on most days is work out and study, I often don't have time for much else. That's not true really, it varies week by week, but it's not uncommon. My background primarily involves running and yoga/flexibility training, but I have wanted to grow stronger and more explosive for a long time. I have a few good friends who are very involved in Crossfit and are helping me put together a strength training plan. They are also very into the paleo diet, which was funny to me because I've been inadvertently eating that way for years. Mostly I want to fix the fact that I'm weak. My current bests are many reps with 255 on the deadlift and many reps with 95 pounds on the clean & press.
