Push ups woot

Hello

Feel I'm making some amazing process considering I only really started Monday

Normall I can do 10 but really struggle to do the last few and never make it pass 12/13 without needing to rest shortly, and the form get worse and worse every time I do any past 10

I had tae kwon do tonight after only 2 sessions in the gym and easily managed 20 continuous press ups all in good form! I felt I could of done more which is a foreign feeling to me!

Go me ;)

Feeling very motivated to get back in the gym!
