Deadlifting my BW! There's another goal down! XD

Yeah, that's right. After about a week off from the gym (my excuse is I've had hot dates and friends in from out of town -- I regret nothing!) I go back in to hit it hard, and as it turns out... that 115# I've been deadlifting lately? Yeah. Piece of cake.

 

I go to weigh myself and I'm sitting at about 136. So I slap a couple more 10# plates on the barbell and knock out a few sets. For my last set I decide to just go for the 135 and see how many I can do, and hey.. make it to 5. Woooooot! So there's another goal I can check off the list. :D
