I had deloaded a few weeks ago and worked back up to it. This morning I just had to make sure my form was perfect and tight and the bar just rose right up. Keep it going! Form was key for me. I just kept getting all wobbly and unstable as I would work up near 100lbs. 95 was okay, but not great, 100 would just fall apart every time. Today, I concentrated not on lifting the barbell, but on keeping my quads, glutes and abs locked down as tight as I could. That was the key for me to finally be able to get it done. For the 5th set, I got myself psyched back up and knocked out 5 reps again.
