Zee_
Shoulder mounts are my favourite pole dance conditioning exercise. I know it's a pole trick too but to condition yourself to be able to do them takes a lot of work & there's always a variation to make it harder. I love the feeling I get when I can do a few in a row & not give myself a pole burn or shoulder bruise! Haha. And my other fave is a push up. I love push ups. I need to do more of them! 1 Quote Egg, Level 1 Dragon, Adventurer | STR 2 | DEX 0 | STA 1 | CON 0 | WIS 7 | CHA 0 1 2 Link to comment
Agdoof
I've gotta join in on the swimming bandwagon, but my particular love is underwater swimming. The feeling of pushing my limits to see how long I can stay under and how far I can go just makes me feel like a super badass. The only problem is that I need a buddy to spot me because of that whole risk of drowning. Boo 1 Quote Link to comment

Guzzi
Haha! Definitely going with the squats! Though I love powercleans too, and box jumps, and burpees. Gotta love a good burpee. 1 Quote Make Life Rue The Day Turning back the clock Recipe book 14 Life is far too short to take seriously Link to comment

Luke Edwards
Squats and Rows... Squats because they help me sprint faster playing soccer, and rows because they make my shoulders and back stronger Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1 Quote Using Tapatalk Link to comment
Guest
Deadlifts take the cake for my favorite gym exercise. For non-gym: fixed gear road rides. There is something so simple and mind-clearing about 40 miles of rolling hills with no gears to fuss with. For do-anywhere: push-ups. Quote Link to comment
Cr33g
Probably squats, but I also like using the prowler sled and running with that. Quote Link to comment
