Shoulder mounts are my favourite pole dance conditioning exercise. I know it's a pole trick too but to condition yourself to be able to do them takes a lot of work & there's always a variation to make it harder. I love the feeling I get when I can do a few in a row & not give myself a pole burn or shoulder bruise! Haha.

And my other fave is a push up. I love push ups. I need to do more of them!

I've gotta join in on the swimming bandwagon, but my particular love is underwater swimming. The feeling of pushing my limits to see how long I can stay under and how far I can go just makes me feel like a super badass. The only problem is that I need a buddy to spot me because of that whole risk of drowning. Boo :P

The lifeguard in me wants to smack you.  The competitor in me wants to high-five you.  I'm so conflicted right now!!

Deadlifts take the cake for my favorite gym exercise.

For non-gym: fixed gear road rides. There is something so simple and mind-clearing about 40 miles of rolling hills with no gears to fuss with.

For do-anywhere: push-ups.
