Sirona Posted May 2, 2014 Report Share Posted May 2, 2014 Hey Rebels, I'm Sirona, I picked name because she's the Celtic goddess of healing and I'm a big fan of powerful women. I'm a full time clinical researcher, and I'm sick of knowing all of the right things to do and never finding the time or energy to do them. My end goals are arm balances, handstands and awesome backbends, so I'm at the start of a long journey. My primary short-term goal is to fix my posture, which has slowly devolved with a desk job. I've got some bad spinal torsion and the world's tightest psoas muscles. I'm guessing that this goal will require increases in strength and flexibility, and probably some weight loss along the way. When I'm not injured, I'm into Baptiste yoga and Crossfit, but I need a slightly more gentle new starting point. Thanks for reading. My first main quest is definitely to work on my posture.
