StillWaters
My squat has increased to 55 lbs and I just tried to do a pull up for the first time today! I was expecting to just be able to hang there and flex as hard as possible without actually moving anywhere, but it turns out that I can actually lift myself a little, like maybe little more than an inch, so I'm calling that a success. For now, I will simply add in inverse rows and negative pull ups to strengthen it. 6 Quote Link to comment

Cardinal_22
Great job! Just remember that the race doesn't always go to the swift, but to those who keep on running. Keep at it, and you'll hit a full pull-up in no time! 1 Quote - Level 3 Night Elf Warrior - 6'0" / 166 lbs. Powerlifting Total: 940 Member: The 800 Club Battle Log Link to comment
