MalleusMaleficarum
Current weight is 195, which is not dehydrated morning weight. Awesome. Goal is 185. My post-workout fasting + caffeine thing is working out really well, it's very intuitive and easy to comply with. My sourdough starter is really taking off too! The Swedish Ninja
Woot, That´s great! 10 pounds is nothing, you´ll be there in a jiffy. Just a short question: Have you thought about having goals related to measurements (waist, chest etc) rather than weight? MalleusMaleficarum
Yes, and I measure my weight just before I break my daily fast most days, but the main reason I want to lose weight has to do with the temperature in the area I go to school. MalleusMaleficarum
Not really. The sourdough book basically says to fry up your spare starter like pancake batter. I guess it's not only pretty tasty but it lets you know in advance if your starter is heading in the right direction before you invest in the whole bread baking procedure.
