Hello, All! CrazyPines has entered the NerdFitness world.

Hello there! I'm Sarah. I'm a University student (Computer Science is great fun, yo) and I'm looking forward to getting involved with you lot.

 

I'd say I'm in a fairly decent place diet/exercise wise. I've done a lot of research over the years on food, which is partially what led me here! the guides here are fantastic and I'm eating a loooot better. Right now, I'm doing the C25k challenge (week 6 of nine, yeah!) after I realised lack of exercise was contributing to not-so-fun mood swings, but as it's summer and I'm back home, my motivation has tanked. I need accountability, damnit!

 

I'm also looking to start with toning up muscle in general, although I'm not really sure where to start on that. Basically, I just want to look and feel great! 

 

And just because I feel like it, hello again *waves enthusiastically*

Hello! Welcome to the party! You'll find nametags to the left, and leave your jacket at the door :)

Accountability is easy to find when there are this many of us :) good luck in your quest, and may the force be with you!
