Started crossfit!

So, I've done the first two introductory classes this week (another one tomorrow). Big woot for (1) getting myself there despite being terrified and (2) doing well so far - the techniques I've learnt already are going down well but am benefiting from a bit of feedback too. I'm still planning on lifting in my home gym, but this might be a good supplement, to get me sweatier, and maybe make some proper fitness friends!
