Hello Nerdfitness!

Hey everyone, I'm DMI. A little bit about me:

-23 years old

-5'10" approx 145lbs

-Been skinny my whole life

-Goal is to put on some muscle and improve my endurance

-I absolutely hate sitting still so I like to always have something to do. Recently it's been golf where I've improved my handicap by 10 in the last 2 months.

 

My first goal is to consistently work out 3 days a week even when traveling.

I'd like clock in at 160+ by the end of the year (hopefully that's reasonable?!)

 

As for my nerdiness:

I play Chivalry on PC with my buddies all the time

I have a vegetable garden on my apartment balcony

I collect fountain pens

 

I tend to really dive into the deep end when I start something new, so I'm going to take on bodyweight fitness and see how far that can take me. I've started using a calorie tracking app on my phone to help me and I was shocked to see how even when I thought I was eating a lot, it really wasn't that much.

Yup that's the plan! I'm working on setting up some goals right now - it's going to be a bit tricky since I'll be traveling on business for three of those weeks.

 

Props to the window herbs, I was shocked at how fast they grew the first time I got them
