I completed the Beginner Body Weight Workout for the first time!

Yaaaay I'm so happy! :D and I did the circuit three times :D
I also did a warm up with some running in place and jumping jacks and a cool down with just some basic stretching.

I never did squats before so I was kinda unstable, but it will become better right? 
Oh and the strange thing was that when I did those lunges and I stepped to the front on my right foot it was fairly easy, but it was quite difficult to do it on my left foot. I guess one side was just stronger than the other. 


I feel really good right now, sweaty and exhausted, but good :)

Congratulations, well done :) One side is usually stronger then the other as that would be your dominant side - this creates muscle imbalances. Keep working on both sides and your weaker side will eventually catch up! :D

Yesterday I did it for the third time ^^ And my weak side is already becoming stronger. I really like the BBWW so far. It's strange because it's really exhausting but I feel way better afterwards than after one hour of cardio.
