andygates Posted October 10, 2011 Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 According to my Beautiful Spreadsheets, today's lifts at 5 reps calculate to give a 1-rep max of... 1001 lbs.I believe the vernacular for such circumstances is BOOYAH!I won't claim it until I've bagged it, but my calcu-max has been faithful to within 5lbs per lift in the past. Theoretically, at least, that's my Big Strong Goal nailed.*skips around like a great big hairy Pinkie Pie*Which nicely offsets the asshat-in-the-squat-rack rage of earlier. Quote Link to comment
