Tankweazel Posted September 21, 2014 Report Share Posted September 21, 2014 I heard about you guys from an existing member who said I would fit right in.I'm not entirely new to fitness but I do still have a few wrinkles that need ironed out. I started strength training when I got a bit chubby at uni, witht he aim of getting back into martial arts. Lets face it if I was going to be fat I was going to be strong and fat. I then discovered that I was better at just being strong.I currently train for powerlifting, weight lifting and judo. My main aim over the next year is to really sort out my deadlift. Did you manage to lose the weight when you started training then?I lost a bit too much at first then spent a while gaining back all the muscle I'd lost.
