thewritescott
I started this journey at 250 lbs, although I'd lost some of that by the time I joined the gym. I kept moving from locker to locker, and after a while it became annoying remembering which locker was mine. Eventually I chose 186, because of it's size and location. Also, I decided that one day I would weigh 186, this being a lofty and seemingly unreasonable goal. I don't know my actual weight at the time, but it had to be somewhere around 230. Maybe more. Maybe less. I know at the time, that even 200 lbs felt out of reach. I'm at the point now where I've added quite a bit of muscle, and my weight loss has slowed down considerably. I'm much more concerned about body concentration and shape now than actual weight. But it feels marvelous to have accomplished the somewhat arbitrary goal of 186. 2 Quote I can. I will. I did. https://www.nerdfitness.com/character/137150/ Link to comment
