Hello from Scotland.

I've been thinking about getting in better shape for a long time and NF has inspired me to stop thinking about it and start doing it!  I've been doing the 5:2 diet (intermittent fasting with <600 calories/day twice a week) for the last 2 years and dropped quite quickly from 175 to 154 (I'm 5'10").  My weight is stable despite doing no exercise and eating rubbish on my eating days.  So I'm happy with my weight but not my build.  I've decided I want a 6 pack by the time I'm 40 (18 months away).  I've done some running in the past but always end up with injuries and never really felt that fit.  My initial plan is improve my diet (reduce carbs and sugar), start the BBWW 3 times a week and dust off the exercise bike for some short HIT sessions in between.
