Hi introduction etc etc

Hi, so I finally registered, when I was browsing and accidentally found this forum.

 

A little bit about myself, I am 28 now, I lost 20kg which is around 44 pounds, in just 6 months. Now I have been working out and changing my diet. But I have this feeling that I a do a sloppy work out. 

 

So hence I came looking here for information. And if you guys/girls want to help me out, it would be much appreciated.

Trying to get back on the forums and back in exercising in life any help motivation is welcome
