Hello!

I was put onto this site by a friend, and I absolutely love it! My husband and I are starting to eat more paleo, and we're starting the Angry Birds workout. I'm using this site in conjunction with Fitocracy which I find a really good motivational tool.

I look forward to meeting everyone ^_^

Thanks for the welcome! I got started last night, and it was pretty embarrassing - I couldn't reach the 40 incline push-ups in 5 sets even! But it felt good to get a start and I look forward to getting better. My dream is to one day be in a weight-lifting competition - even if I come dead last, I'd like to be good enough to just compete. ^_^
