I intend on going to China to teach for at least a year, who knows maybe indefinitely, and become fluent in Mandarin there. While I am not overweight by BMI, or any other standard, I have definitely fallen out of shape, and gotten into blaaaahhhh eating habits. I want to be in the best shape I can be for the new chapter in my life. This website has inspired me to not live life by default, to analyze the choices I make and be overall more deliberate with them I primarily will exercise by running and Hot Vinyasa Yoga, but I am looking to put more strength training into my workouts, but not through a gym because I am trying to save as much $ as possible anywho! thanks for reading this if you got this far May the Namaste be with you! 2 Quote - If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up - LW Link to comment
