TheOtherScott
Anyone else doing it this year? Also, in the spirit of the month, all testicle owners/operators should give this a read: http://www.cancer.org/cancer/testicularcancer/moreinformation/doihavetesticularcancer/do-i-have-testicular-cancer-self-exam Quote PR's5k - 21:2910k - 47:26 43:2921.1 - 2:05:26 1:44:21 Link to comment
dijos
I already have a beard and moustache? I appreciate the self-exam info, though. Quote I realize I have an unhealthy attachment to my jump rope. TRX opened my eyes to new levels of discomfort. Link to comment
Gainsdalf the Whey
I'm liking my beard too much, no Movember for me this year. TheOtherScott
My doctor mentioned that men in their 20's and 30's are actually highest risk for testicular cancer. I suspect most male Rebels are in this age range, so it's good to know how to make sure there's nothing out of the ordinary going on. AlterStephen
My buddy and I are doing No Shave November. Trimming is allowed, but we've both committed to having full beards (or as close to that as we can get) by the beginning of December. I'm going to donate some money to prostate or testicular cancer research (which reminds me, I still have to donate for my ALS Ice Bucket Challenge...). Quote "First they ignore you. Anim07734
I'll be participating by default, since I shaved for my halloween costume. I'll be trimming after two weeks though, as my hair is too curly to be comfortable any longer than that. Shawry
My brothers and I all do Movember every year. It takes the full month for anyone to notice our blond mo's though!May have to dye it a little bit this year haha. My older brother had testicular cancer when he was 29. Very stressful 6 months for the entire family as he was diagnosed early and had surgery to remove a testicle (poor lil thing) and then undergo recovery. For a fit, healthy, active young man to be suddenly having a tumor removed it was a definite eye-opener for me. Quote Link to comment
