missterpickles
Hey everyone! My wife and I decided last week to make a lifestyle change, and I stumbled upon NF! Love the idea of doing small changes that will lead to success rather than turning your life upside down in one day. I'm looking forward to becoming a contributing Assassin (a Texan one). Lot's of information on here, kind of overwhelming, but I'll figure it out! Is there a starting point or first challenge to get me going? 1 Quote Link to comment

K-Prime
That's awesome that you're making the lifestyle change together. Having a partner for this makes it sooo much easier (hence the community vibe on the boards here). Here's a great bodyweight workout that might be a good place for you both to start:Beginner Bodyweight Workout As for the challenges, I'd recommend giving the rules/FAQ a read-through (it's very comprehensive) and then heading over to the L1 Rebels thread when you're ready to get started!Challenge Instructions Quote Level 2 Human Hero (in training) Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.- Arthur C. davidahaines
Congrats on making the changes together with your wife. I've done it both ways and it's much easier when your partner is on board. Looking forward to celebrating your achievements! Quote Link to comment
