Grimfandango Posted December 2, 2014 Report Share Posted December 2, 2014 Hello, I am Jonny; I have just recently just turned 25 and want to achieve my goal of being around the 200-225 mark. About this time two years I went on a medically controlled diet and lost about 110 pounds putting me around 250. Unfortunately I started to slip and have gained some of the weight back and I want to put a stop to that and get myself going in the right direction. I have found that the two biggest road blocks are that I can lose my momentum and that I need to work on my eating habits. But every journey begins with a single step and well here’s mine!
