Phoenix, with a few singed feathers

My friend sent me a "Rez", a fairy, a phoenix, a chance to gracefully try again.

 

I identified with the line: "But in life, when I try to get insert anything  and struggle, I  call myself a loser and give up."  I'm ashamed that I tried and failed.  I've usually been that person to throw the controller and say "this game sucks, I'm not playing anymore."   I am often ashamed of this behavior as well which leads to my biggest challenge: self-bullying. Any failure or hint of failure sends me spiralling. As one could imagine this is another vortex.

 

So for my Rez, I am committing to a new challenge

 

1. I will post my 6 week challenge -- I wrote one and never posted

2. I will seek expert opinions: PT, anxiety

3. I will stop calling myself a coward
