I just discovered Nerd Fitness yesterday while perusing a Lifehack article about the most useful sites in the web. I would love to learn more about how to incorporate realistic and healthy changes in one's life and I'm sure that I'm going to learn a lot from this site. The common expression is "to get toned but not bulky," but Steve Kamb hates that phrase. I also want to learn more about health and wellness in general.
