Hi all, I'm Jenn. Been lurking on the forum for a while now. I've enjoyed what I've read and decided to stay a while. Looking to lose about 30-40 lbs. I was wondering if one has to have a certain number of posts to start a log in Daily Battles? 

 

Looking forward to meeting some new friends and getting support on this journey!

Greetings fellow rebel! I've also struggled with yo-yo dieting. I've found that it's helpful to eat for nutrition and to think about all of the healthy foods you can eat and what nutrients they are providing you instead of worrying about what you "can't" eat. Try making small changes and setting new goals once you've established good, sustainable habits. Remember that the little things add up!
