RutgerS Posted January 6, 2015 Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 With the holidays, I've become way to complacent!I'm not lifting as regularly as I should be.I'm not eating as healthy as I should be. Therefore I've hit a plateau, and if I don't act N.O.W. I'll start to gain back all the weight I lost, and lose all the strength I gained. So instead of staying "meh", and in a few months consider this as 'yet another one of my failed weight loss things', it's time to ACT. So, starting TODAY (after work though, damn those bills that need to be paid ), I'll head to the gym, and cook myself a healthy meal again.And tomorrow, I'll cook again. I can not let my progress go to waste, I won't ever forgive myself if I do. I am currently about the healthiest I've ever been in my adult life. Help me out guys and girls, and I will do my very best to help you guys (and girls) out. Quote Link to comment

A huge focus of this place is small changes that will become healthy habits over time and it sounds like you're doing that. Good luck!
