I lift heavy, or try to, when I'm not doing Ninjutsu or teaching English. My routine is Day 1 Day 2Squat 3x5 Squat 3x5Bench press 3x5 Press 3x5Barbell row 3x5 Deadlift 3x5 With maximum weight everytime... sort of. I increase 2kg every week. I started lifting 18kg in squat in March 2014 and now I can lift 46kg!! I cannot really believe it, because it hasn't been difficult at all (well, 46kg now are a bit challenging...) So well, here I am, I'm not sure how often I will be able to post or follow what you say, but so far I like the forum and the website very much. However, I might have to drop, because I'm about to start studying for a very important exam and I have to prioritize =( so I decide to follow the forum to keep in touch with the community.
