I have a pile of clothes that are too big for me.... going to charity! It's still a lot of weight and have 30 to go, but this is a huge milestone! Woohoo! I have my Happy Helmet on ! What I'm doing:Eating 1 bowl cereal/oatmealLunch/Dinner 1 cup mixed veggies, 6 oz meat. Running 2x a week, lifting 1-2x a week. Working 14 hour days 3x a week. My 3 club cascade is smooth most of the time and go for long runs. I'm learning new patterns.... 2 ball shower and a 423 (W)... got a few good runs. Contact juggling, several behind the neck rolls, stall and reverse mid chest roll... and a lot more control. Even stalled on the outside elbow accidentally a few times! Woohoo!
