New from Illinois

Hello NerdFitness Community!

I am on Day 2 of my journey to better health and transforming my body. I spent Sunday cooking for 6 hours meal prepping for the entire week. I am striving for an 80% Paleo diet. Having a culinary degree, it certainly helps creating tasty dishes without all the additional chemicals and preservatives. I just wanted to say hey and feel free to PM or comment.
