I remember that when i just can't be bothered to go or feel lacking in energy. Often when i get there i think "i'm here, might as well do a proper workout". Even once a week is better than sitting on the couch. Related story that seems slightly random but I promise it's not so bear with me:I'm learning Russian and had a friend teaching me for a bit (she's now teaching in Moscow). I ended up going through an entire Russian dictionary to look for a word when I realized I'd written the definition down already and could have easily went back through my notes to get it. I was upset because I felt like I wasted a bunch of time. Her advice was: Anything you do to improve on your skills isn't a waste of time. You flipped through that dictionary and got a little more familiar with the way the alphabet was arranged, so there's that.Sometimes even the littlest things can count towards the bigger picture Keep it up! 1 Quote Link to comment
